How To Make An Order

• Step 1
  Fill up our order form by an easy click on the order form icon.
  Please ensure all information are correctly stated, especially delivery address (only applicable for Postage)

• Step 2
  Kindly wait for our reply for instruction on payment and delivery charges, if any.

• Step 3
  Please make payment to our Maybank account.
  Payments have to be made within 48 hours.
  Account details will be given.

 

• Step 4
  Once payment is made, kindly notify us via text or email IMMEDIATELY to avoid confusion and to ensure paid parcel will be posted on the next posting date. Advisable to keep prove of transaction.

• Step 5
  Items will be posted out accordingly.

Terms And Condition

1. Place your order by filling up our order form; we will get back to you within 24 hours.
2. Kindly drop us another email if there is no reply after 24 hours.
3. We never fail to reply emails, kindly check in your junk mail if no reply is receive after 48 hours.
4. Strictly no back outs, back outs would be BLACKLISTED.
5. Everything is first come first served basis.
6. Reserved items are for a maximum of 48 hours.
7. We will try to contact you when the reservation period is due, if no respond is receive the reserved item will be automatically release to other buyers.
8. All items are brand new and in perfect condition but may defer slightly due to lighting.
9. Accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
10. No refunds or
11. Prices are not negotiable.
12. No exchanges allowed.
13. All items are not restock-able unless stated.
14. An advance payment is compulsory for restock-able items. Full refund will be given if item is no longer restock-able.
15. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during the delivery of items.
16. Items will only be mail out twice a week, every Monday and Thursday.

Postage Rates:

Pos Laju (may vary according to pieces/weight and location)
West Malaysia – RM6 up
East Malaysia – RM8 up

Pos Express
RM4.50 (1 Piece)
RM7.50 (2 Piece up)

Postage will be waived with a purchases of 3 pieces and above.
